Olea europalea (Olive) oil, Vitis vinifera (Grapeseed) oil. Menthe piperita (Peppermint) oil, Arctium lappa (Burdock) root oil, ' ' Lavandula (Lavender) oil.
 
Directions
Apply directly to target area and gently massage. Use just enough oil to lightly cover the area. For best results use twice a day, morning and night. Oil should be applied to your face/skin and not your beard hairs. After oil is applied to your skin your beard should not be oily. Oil should absorb into your skin. Store in a cool dark place and keep away from sunlight. For external use only

    There are no returns or refunds due to the nature of this product.

  • Restrictions

    • Apply directly to your skin underneath your beard, massaging thoroughly into roots and skin. Use daily or as needed.
    • Do not combine with other beard growth oils or supplements. Gem Matter should be used as your sole beard growth formula.
    • If using other beard styling products, apply Gem Matter to your skin first. Allow it to fully absorb before applying any other products.
    • You do not need to wash the oil out after application. Allow it to soak in and work its magic.

  • Fullfillment policy

    Order Processing

    We process orders Monday through Saturday, excluding major US holidays. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business day of receipt. We will send an order confirmation email with details of your purchase and estimated delivery timeframe once your order has been processed.

    Shipping

    We ship orders via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Shipping fees are calculated based on order total and shipping destination.

    Standard Shipping: Contiguous US orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days of order processing. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days.

    Priority Shipping: Contiguous US orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days of order processing. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Custom or expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee upon request.

  • Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders are typically shipped on the same day they are placed, so we cannot guarantee we can change or cancel an order if you contact us more than 24 hours after your order was placed.

    If there is an error with the shipping address you entered during checkout, you must notify us at support@gemmatter.com with the correct address before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we can only deliver to the address that was entered during checkout. We are unable to cancel orders or issue refunds if the shipping address was entered incorrectly.

    Please carefully review your order for accuracy before completing checkout. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order altogether, please contact us within 24 hours at support@gemmatter.com. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so time is of the essence if you need to cancel or modify an order.

  • Undeliverable orders

    What will happen if my package is undeliverable to my address?
    First, be sure to check the status of the tracking number provided to you via email.

    If it states your package is undeliverable, please email us at Support@gemmatter.com and we will instruct you on how to proceed. If we receive your package in the mail, we will contact you via email to request an updated shipping address so that we can resend it to you. A small return shipping fee will be invoiced to you to cover return shipping costs due to the unclaimed, invalid/undeliverable, address provided. This fee will need to be paid prior to us resending your package. Your package must be received prior to us making any changes or resending the order. Please be sure to enter your shipping address ccorrectly to avoid delays in receiving your order. We do not refund shipping fees.
