Directions
Apply directly to target area and gently massage. Use just enough oil to lightly cover the area. For best results use twice a day, morning and night. Apply the oil to your scalp, not on the shaft of your hair. After oil is applied, your scalp should not be oily. Oil should absorb into your scalp. Store in a cool dark place and keep away from sunlight. For external use only

Return Policy
There are no returns or refunds due to the nature of this product.
Restrictions
Do not combine Gem Matter with any other growth oils or supplements. If used with any other styling products, apply Gem Matter first and then any hair or beard products. You do not need to wash Gem Matter off after use.
Fulfillment Policy
Gem Matter processes orders Monday thru Saturday. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. Priority shipping will be shipped within 1-3 days.
Cancellation Policy
Please submit all cancellations within 24 hours of your order being placed. If you contact us 24 hours after you've placed your order, we cannot guarantee that the order can be changed or cancelled. This is due to the fact that most orders are shipped the same day. If your address is entered incorrectly and you do not contact us with a correct address before it is shipped, then unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. We can only ship to the address entered at checkout. If your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@gemmatter.com
Undeliverable Orders
What will happen if my package is undeliverable to my address?
First, be sure to check the status of the tracking number provided to you via email.If it states your package is undeliverable, please email us at Support@gemmatter.com and we will instruct you on how to proceed. If we receive your package in the mail, we will contact you via email to request an updated shipping address so that we can resend it to you. A small return shipping fee will be invoiced to you to cover return shipping costs due to the unclaimed, invalid/undeliverable, address provided. This fee will need to be paid prior to us resending your package. Your package must be received prior to us making any changes or resending the order. Please be sure to enter your shipping address ccorrectly to avoid delays in receiving your order. We do not refund shipping fees.
